“Actually we booked for two nights one night three persons & next night two because me spent night in mountain Fuji hut But owner said check out & come back 3pm again for next day, not possible in my absence for my wife & son So I cancelled 2nd day, room also very old & damp possibly mold inside”

Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. “This was my 2nd time staying here after I adopted the woman who runs the hotel and the shop as my Japan oba last year, I remembered she loves hydrangeas so I stopped in Kamakura at Hasedera to get her a gift before seeing her because her birthday is in June. She's a very sweet and kind woman who doesn't speak English but is totally fine having conversations with translation apps. The property itself is in a great location right across from Mt. Fuji Station so it's easy to get to by bus or train...

“Struttura non corrispondente a quanto visto in foto. Finestre cieche. Non è con vista bosco, ma vista strada statale con traffico rumoroso anche di notte. Assenza di segnale 4G e anche di Wi-Fi. Una vera fregatura”
