"Un Hotel un po' retro', curatissimo e pulito. La Spa molto gradevole, con vista sul monte Fuji, un gioiellino. La sala giochi ( calcetto , biliardo ) con bar annesso ci e' piaciuta anche molto. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. "

"While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM. They surely showed me some paper that I signed at check in that says so, but they didn’t do their best to make sure I was aware of this ridiculous rule. First because they didn’t leave me any paper to keep with the activity rules and conditions, so that I could double check and follow them later on, and second, at the time of booking the canoeing, they sent me a confirmation email that clearly says that cancelation fee shouldn’t apply in case of rain, and this email was the only document I could refer to after the check in. I believe the hotel should have taken accountability for such lack of linearity and transparency and I and tried the entire morning to explain my position to hotel staff, but the only answer I got was “this is hotel policy”, so I finally gave up and paid. And we are talking about a cancelation fee of 6,000 yen (35$) out of a total bill of almost 210,000 Yen (almost 1,400$) for a one night stay in a hotel that takes much effort, such as 4 hours by trains or 300$ by taxi, and big expectations to reach from Tokyo (one way). Such little money but big issue ruined my valuation of my entire stay. "

"Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo comodo albergo giapponese. Ottima l’ accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, Spaziose e confortevoli le stanze con in più la possibilità di poter usufruire del loro piccolo e intimo onsen. A fine giornata è stato magnifico immergersi nella vasca riscaldata e rilassarsi un po’ dopo aver trascorso giorni frenetici a Tokyo. Il giro del lago poi con la vista del monte Fuji è una vera meraviglia. La sera è stato possibile cenare il albergo. La cena era ottima. Grazie di cuore "
