Quick drive to downtown attractions

House was clean and as advertised. Spacious for our party of 9. Only issue was that the bedroom closets lacked hangers and shelving so no place for clothes or suitcases except for the floor.

Family Getaway

Worked great for us. The house had a great gathering space for eating and playing cards. Short Uber ride to downtown. We had a great time. We had 9 people but this house would accommodate a few more comfortably. Very nice!

Perfect spot to spend Thanksgiving & celebrate a 21st birthday!

This was one of the few spots that I found to accommodate a larger group, pets and offered main floor living space & bedroom. I was initially a bit concerned with the transitional neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe. The house is beautiful and spacious. The owners have gone above and beyond to make it a comfortable place to stay! Ubers to downtown were short and generally $5-$7 each way. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Nashville!

Bachelorette party stay!

I booked this house for my bachelorette party and stayed here with 12 girls. The house is adorable, super spacious and great for a party! We had a couple of things needing to be resolved and the host had great communication and went above and beyond to rectify the situation so we could fully enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend this house.

Great House in Great Location!

This is a great house in a great location! The photos are true to the house. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels and other amenities for bathing. The open living area with kitchen and dining was wonderful for visiting with each other and for catching up on a few work-related things. The layout of the bedrooms provided privacy and were quite spacious. The house is in a convenient location for enjoying all Nashville has to offer. Grocery stores are a short distance away. The host was helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a beautiful place. We came on the hottest days and we couldn’t believe how well the temperature of each room was all the same. It was very clean and all amenities were taken care of. They were a great host!

21st Birthday Party

Our stay at this house was amazing. We came in with a group of 12 for my son's 21st birthday and everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the whole group, and house had everything we needed for the 3 day stay. House is only quick 7 minute ride to downtown but also had nice local restauarants. Great communication with the owner and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Flexible communication with owner

Blake was very accommodating for us, allowing us to check in early when our flight was changed. Responded quickly to requests. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures, great for a big group. Perfect Uber distance to downtown. I was nervous at first about the location but we felt safe and it was perfect!

Pleasurable Experience

Property was clean and exactly like the images. Overall the house worked great for a larger group and was close to many attractions (Top Golf, Go Karting, etc) and grocery / liquor stores. Downtown was a short Uber away which varied depending on the surge prices. Only area for improvement was that the pots and pans for the house didn't allow for cooking easily for a group of 10+. The grill and oven made up for this however. We would definitely stay here again.

Bad experience

I was told i could have 12 people at the house there was only 3 people at the house when the owner called me and said someone had posted there was going to be a party at the address that night and when i asked him to send me the post he couldn’t send it to me. So he cancelled my reservation and said that we were smoking inside the home which was false information we had a hookah at the property but it was on the back porch. The only positive thing was I received a refund.

A Fantastic Stay in A Great Location!

My family and I were coming to Nashville to celebrate a few Birthdays! We found this house on the HomeAway app and everything about it was amazing! A very Fair price - a gorgeous clean and spacious home! My millennial kids were intrigued with the “Chip and Joanna Gaines” style decorating and design of the home! Everything you would want for a great stay and the bedrooms were comfy ,too! Also, my 84 year old Mom in wheelchair was able to navigate the house perfectly! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and close to downtown

We had 12 girls for a bachelorette party and the home worked great! It is exactly like the pictures only better. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and we all had enough space! The deck and backyard were a fun place to hang out. It was a quick 10 minute ride from the airport and a quick 10 minute Uber downtown. Blake was so great to work with on our additional check in and out request. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Nashville.

Amazing place!

We had such a good time in Nashville!! This house was absolutely perfect for entertaining and hanging out before going out for the night. We were only a few minutes away from all of the different neighborhoods in Nashville. Blake was very helpful throughout our stay and even recommended a great dinner spot that we could walk to just a block away! We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Nashville.

We had a party of 12 and LOVED this property! Its incredibly close to downtown and in a great location in East Nashville. The house is brand new, plenty of space and adorable decorations! Blake was incredibly responsive and super hospitable! HIGHLY recommend!

Great location!

This place was awesome! Newer home with many amenities. Perfect for our big group. Close to everything, Uber’s weren’t expensive and we were at all of the downtown hotspots quickly. Highly recommend.
