Motel a Nashville

“It is not a clean place. After staying over we moved a chair and a big hairbrush was on the floor full of hair. When I turned, the shower on brown poured out, but it did clear up. After the fact, I realized there was no hairdryer. The only shampoo and conditioner they have is one tiny packet. The positive side to this is it is right by the Brown County music center, so it’s literally a five minute walk. When coming down the stairs, though we were met by a toilet, which is disgusting. “I would have given three stars, but the staff he is non-existent. No one in the office all weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday). No housekeeping. No anyone except the guests who all had complaints (no way to get more than two very small bath towels, toilet paper, soap [micro bars good for one shower], an extra key, or any assistance). I wanted to leave one day early, but couldn’t reach anyone and they charged me anyway even though we were the last guests there on a Sunday morning. One couple...

“AC was off in the entire hotel, was told to just wait until the room cooled down: we walked into the room at 88 degrees! Pool is not functioning with no warning on the site. TV was not working until we had someone come down, even then it was stuttering quite often. No cleaning supplies for shower. No coffee maker, even when listed on site. Holes and gunk all over the walls. Do not stay unless DESPERATE!!”

“Sooo... The Two rooms they attempted to have us stay in were FILTHY. NASTY stains on the covers, handwritten stuff on a wall, old, lousy paint. The pool was out of order and filled w7th algae. A real sweeter birthing place. When we decided Not to stay, the guy at the desk was OK. He checked each room to be sure we didn't damage (or steal?) anything. When we canceled, he charged us $15 "Maid fee" which is laughable. I didn't argue. I'll take that up with our credit card company or Expedia.”
