“The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. When I finally managed to book, the confirmation email I received revealed the treatments were booked wrong. And it took another...

“Room was lovely & perfect for me as travelling for work. Could’ve perhaps used a dust in places & there were tea splashes on the wall near the kettle but overall was clean. Will be staying here again as ideal location for my office.”

Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when returning to my locker in the spa changing rooms the key broke in two whilst trying to get the locker open. I had to ask someone to inform staff who then got the locker open eventually minus a pound. The lockers were in need of updating.”

“Prima prijs-kwaliteit; accommodatie kent achterstallig onderhoud en qua netheid laat het hier en daar ook nog wel te wensen over. Personeel is niet al te gastvrij en vooral geïnteresseerd in upselling. Verder zijn het goede bedden, is het een rustig hotel en uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving.”

“We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“It was fresh. But a complete lack of choice for breakfast considering it was over £150 per night for the room. I would expect at least something made to order! ”

“Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again ”

“Beautiful and spotless hotel and rooms. 5* however, we had paid for full breakfast on both days. First days brilliant, second day not so. Waitress not very welcoming then said sorry no cooked breakfast. Issue in kitchen so only continental available. It’s not our fault and nothing we can do. There were no croissants or fresh bread to cut, just slices. One of the toasters had a notice saying only use left side and only two strawberry yoghurts were left. I had to ask for tea on three...

“I stayed here for a party and booked a room. The staff are helpful and friendly... the only downside is I couldn't find the remote, so I should have asked! But a lovely stay all in all! X”
