“My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. ”

“The exterior of the hotel makes it obvious this is an older hotel, but they have done a good job of renovating the inside. The room itself was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Our issue was the hotel was full and the common areas and hallways didn't have the same clean feeling as the room. Coupled with the pot smell in the elevator and hallway, and the sound of doors being opened and shut through the night led us to cut our stay short and move to the Fairfield Inn at Union Hill. “The air didn't work in the rooms thos past weekend. Also someone came into my room and picked up a towel and put new bar of soap in my room but didn't”

“Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!”

“My room was clean. But the toilet wouldn’t flush and when I called down to the front desk they said they had a plunger I could come get. They also suggested we could switch rooms but we were already settled other than that the room was clean and a good price they are still under construction so some parts where closed off plus they offer free breakfast in the morning you can’t really beat that. Overall it was a good stay. ”

“Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

“I don’t like the fact it’s never any two bedrooms left ”

“Property was dirty. Pool was closed(looked loke it had been for a while). No weights in fitness room. Room smelled of old moldy carpet. Interesting "maintenance" employees roaming halls at random times. Wouldnt stay here again. ”

“This place is described as more than scetchy. Not a good place for the family just because it has a good price. The staff is just fine but the condition of the property is not good. Smoking and marijuana reek the halls even though there are strict rules against these things. The staff seem hesitant to provide enough towels and bathroom supplies for four people. We stayed two nights and will never stay again. Sorry Quality Inn. The room and facilities were in terrible shape.”

“Clean, great staff. Some construction nothing major. I guess like everywhere coffee shop prices are so high. Miss beverage stations here. Coffee and soda are complimentary from waitress but not convenient like beverage station.”

“I only stayed one night so I didn’t really use any amenities. The bed was very comfortable and quiet we slept good.”

“AC was broke. At 2am could not take it any longer they moved us to another room however system was down but they got us in another room. Staff was great property was kinda run down not staff fault needs money invested in new carpet etc.”
