“Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

Good location, off major highway with food, shopping, and gas nearby Dislikes: Unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff (with the exception of Idalia). Room key stopped working many times and front desk staff kept acting like it was something I was doing (like holding it near my cell phone) when really the machine...

“Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. ”

“Easy access to stores if you don't drive. Very nice staff. One of the best Motel 6's I have been to. The beds were so comfy. Thank you for the pleasant stay it was comfortable!”

“The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“Vicinissima ad un fornito supermercato è ottima per chi desidera non mangiare sempre all'americana. Pecca- non si riesce a telefonare in Italia ne dalla camera ne stranamente dalla reception. Piccole riparazioni da fare nell'alloggio ( tritarifiuti e luce della cucina ) richieste ma mai effettuate”
