“I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Alexandria. My room was ready upon arrival, which was greatly appreciated after a long day. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. When I arrived, I was starving because I hadn’t eaten all day, so I ordered room service from Hummingbird Café. “The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in poor repair. Shower had mold and broke during our stay. The refrigerator froze our food. The fitness center was not open. The vending machines were removed during our stay. The ice machine was inoperable. Overall, I would not recommend.”

“This was previously the Hotel AKA which is now named The Satire which is part of the Marriot chain. There were odd security stationed everywhere including entering the floors of our rooms. We are regular guests at the hotel and have never felt so uncomfortable. We loved the Hotel AKA, but may try other boutique hotels before staying here again. ”

“The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!”

“Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival.”

“The Morrison House is such a comfortable and welcoming hotel. The employees were kind and went out of their way to be helpful. And the location is great! I will look forward to coming back!”

“Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.”
