“The property location was excellent but the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The headboard, couch, and carpet were all stained. The sheet had a small tear in it. The wardrobe had a pile of dust, and the bathroom floor under the vanity hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Room 111.”

Lovely 1920s building, helpful staff, attractive bar, good location for many sites and on a number of bus routes (Canberra is not a very pedestrian-friendly city). Only quibble would be that, as one of the, possibly the, leading hotel(s) in the Commonwealth capital, a wider selection of Australian wines, and notably some from the smaller wine regions (for example, Beechworth, VIC) could be available.”

Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception.
