“Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

“Ottimo hotel, pulito e molto accogliente ”

“Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you”

“Great hotel to be used as starting point to discover Tokyo. It has an excellent quality for price (if booked in advance) and it has got the metro line just out the entrance. The only bad thing is the restaurant closed for dinner after 20.30!”

“Room was very clean. Location was convenient to get to the metro station, and the daily breakfast selection was vast. Would definitely revisit and recommend!”

“Bellissima zona! Personale fantastico e sempre disponibile! Mi mancheranno! Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione della jr (12 minuti circa!)! Stata per 13 notti, lo consiglio assolutamente!”

“朝食は美味しく頂けました。 家族４人で伺いました。 システムが子供２人で大人１人とカウントされたのは残念でした。 ホテル内の案内が客室に無くテレビのホテル案内でも必要な情報が確認できなかったです。 ビジネスホテルの方が案内なども充実していると感じました。 エレベーターのボタンがはげていました。 小さい事ですが直接触るところの劣化に気づく事が大事だと思います。 立派なホテルなのにそんな小さな事で…と思うのかおもてなしの心を再度考えるかは分かりませんが…”

“Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.”

“3泊しましたが、朝食は３日とも全く同じメニュー且つ品数も少なく飽きました。 メインを3種類の中から選ぶのですが、提供が非常に遅く…正直、朝食を付けたプランにした事を後悔しました。ホテルの周りは飲食店だらけなので、立地は良かったので、次回宿泊する際は、朝食は付けないでおこうと思いました。”
