“Very good location. We were 1 block--walkable distance from our parents place. ”

“The restaurant was convenient but was not anything special. prices high. ”

“Not at all what the pictures show. The whole place is decrepit and falling apart. Another guest was walking their dog and did not clean up after it.”

“Limited breakfast options. Close to shopping center. Close to highway (easy to reach but a bit noisy)”

“I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking.”

“It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s.”

I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. “Upon arrival, the hotel had people almost everywhere in the parking lot. Entering the lobby, the hotel had the most potent smell of body odor in the common areas; the lobby, halls, and elevator. The elevator was scary. Every time I got on the elevator I was saying a silent praying because of how shaky and off track it felt.
