“Front desk was every helpful being my first time staying here I lost a pair of shoes I left at the hotel I just purchased them so I was really upset they said they didn’t find them but the room was clean and up to date I did enjoy staying here it’s a huge hotel way different than what imagined! ”

“The staff was disrespectful, they didn't communicate with each other and didn't do anything they said they were going to do. The room was also dirty there was food and hair in the fridge, wires hanging out of the wall. And the bathroom shower was leaking in the wall and the floor was falling threw. The place was a dump for real. I have pictures of everything.”
