“Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!”

“I really loved this hotel! I stayed at the Americinn in Tomah on the way to Ohio and there was mold in the bathroom so this was an excellent change! The bathroom was beautiful! All around great hotel!”

“Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. Half the time the front desk was left unattended and never could find a worker. Place is disgusting. The only positive thing was the...

“Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it.”
