“All-in, it was about $60/ night, and at that price point it was a solid value. The people were very friendly, and the room was clean. It could be a little better maintained, and the water could be warmer. For a night or 2, I would go back.”

“I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.”

“Building and room need some renovations special the carpet. However they keep thing neat and clean.”

“Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot , we kept waking up sweating throughout the night.We contacted receptionist told her the situation & she said...

“The rooms were not clean. I went to three different rooms on two different floors. One of the rooms has a bug on the shower and the floor was dirty. The other two rooms smelled of smoke and the floor was dirty. We bought our own small vacuum cleaner from Walmart next door to clean the floor! The staff was exceptional! Brittany was the front desk clerk and she was most helpful, friendly and apologetic for the condition of the rooms. This hotel has so much potential! Just needs to be cleaned...
