“Parking was easy. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Close to major hospitals. Close to the interstate. They are remodeling. They need a yard man because other guest don't know how to use the ash trays provided. ”

“There was blood on our bed sheets. Also, the floor was so dirty my feet were black when I went to get dressed in the morning. When we checked out in the morning and told the person at the desk, their response was, “We will have to check it out.” Not a good experience.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Left and did not stay.. room was in horrible condition. Cigarette burns in wall, bed, linens. Heavy smoke smell and very unclean. Not like the pictures at all.”

“Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being. ”

“This Days Inn by Wyndham gave me what I was in Knoxville for the Big Ears festival. This venue is about ten minutes from downtown. I had a good breakfast of tea and cereal each morning also grabbing some peanut butter crackers for later. I slept well all three nights. It was very quiet except for your normal interstate buzz, but my sleep was excellent. Thank you…”

“Great hotel in a perfect location right on the square. The restaurant and speakeasy are wonderful. The rooms are comfortable with great showers. If you don't want to valet, there's a parking garage just around the corner.”

“Clean room, friendly valet. Lower level parking does not have an elevator to the lobby so bring your luggage in and leave at the front desk while you park in overflow parking. ”
