“The rooms are beautiful and generous in size, especially the shower. The location is both close to campus and to Gay street. The Drawing room staff were exceptionally friendly when we stopped for a cocktail.”

“Yes the breakfast was good. Staff were all excellent. The $700 cost was steep but we got to see our grand daughter graduate. O yeah, the bartender was good even at 11 o’clock Friday night.”

“Parking was so easy. The staff greeted us with warmth. Chris was so kind when we checked in. He talked to my daughter about UT since we were there visiting. He gave us some great recommendations for dinner and just went above and beyond for us. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious and Ebony at the front desk was so kind and gracious to us. The staff here is definitely the best I have ever come across.”

“Don't like giving poor reviews, but the holes in the towels pushed me over the edge. Stayed for UT graduation. (Overpaid, $900 for 3 nights, so not sure if this skews my opinion. But would have paid $300 more to stay elsewhere.) -Place is not in good condition, probably 2 star condition. Scrapes on walls from traffic throughout, hallway carpets rippled on multiple floors. Bathroom wall paper gapped and signs of mold. Needs major TLC. (Room was clean however) -Loudest hotel room ever stayed in....

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”
