“We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !”

“The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. The third night was better still lots of noise from downstairs people screaming, and a lot of Bass coming through. The food was very good as...

“Overall the room was good, staff friendly, hotel in a good condition. Downside is parking across the street and perhaps the actual location which driving to at night was a bit sketchy. ”

“Siamo stati solo una notte. L'hotel è carino, il personale molto gentile e la stanza bella (il bagno non è chiuso ma solo separaro). Ottima la colazione a buffet. Intorno non c'è molto, è ottima per transito, a soli 25 minuti dall'aeroporto.”

“We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!”

“This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night.”

“Quarto fora da propriedade, precisa passar pela chuva quando chove. O chuveiro não esquenta, tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto, inclusive sair na chuva de manhã pra fazer isso. Café da manhã limitado. Funcionários do restaurante sem vontade de atender.”
