“The gentleman who checked me in went over and above to change my room to a ground floor room as I couldn't manage the stairs after surgery. I was able to park outside my room which was helpful as I needed to leave by 4am to catch my 5am ferry.”

“They take photographs of peoples identification and scan it into their computer system. When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it. It is a clear Breach of Prvacy Laws and they have been reported to the appropriate authorities. What they are doing is completely against the law.”

“The guy at the front desk was very hardworking and friendly. However, the bathroom was not very clean, especially the toilet. The noise isolation across different floors were not done very well. Luckily there was no late night partier during our stay.”

“We come here every year to visit my wife's sister who lives nearby. We are older folks from Victoria so we get the one bedroom suite, for comfort since we are here for several days to a week. Been here twice in the past 2 months. We are seasonned travellers. PROS: Lake view is terrific, we move the dining table in front of the window so we can look at the view when using it. The king bed is comfortable, the bathroom large and the shower large, the suite large, small kitchenette. Parking is fine....
