“This resort has been nothing but amazing. The staff has been super helpful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable with that rustic feel, the restaurant is delicious and top notch, and the area is wonderful and has loads of stuff to do. We have nothing negative to say about the whole experience. We will be coming back in the future to stay. Truly a fantastic resort and is now one of our favorites.”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “The staff was very friendly. There was no breakfast available because of renovation. This was disappointing because it was suppose to be included. The parking was not connected to hotel. Was not aware i would have to pay for parking each day.”

“Second time staying at this quaint, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and hospitable hotel! So convenient to all the local sights plus located on a great, little campus with unique shops, art, and eateries. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, waffle maker, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea (latter offered 24/7). Comfy beds and wonderful shower with plenty of hot water. Great accommodations at a great price. ”
