“Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bright lights on the back of the building. The darkening shades were no match for those lights.”

“The room had a bunch of garbage, used dog toys, etc under the beds. We stayed in room 117 which literally opens up directly to the front lobby. There was no privacy, it was very loud late into the night and early morning with people going in and out, dogs barking, loud voices, doors shutting. Our entire family and dog didn’t get any rest. The property is well maintained. The pool was nice and the hospital staff were great.”

“Breakfast had more options when I stayed here last time. This time breakfast options were not available and it’s was just milk, oats and hot chocolate. Need to work on the breakfast menu.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a hot breakfast every morning. Our room was facing the ocean and very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Parking was horrible...thank god we brought our handicap sticker..if we didnt we would of been parking away from the hotel...every room should have one assigned parking spot..I feel like there were more cars that should of not been there..other then that everything need some up kept maintenance work on the property also.”

“The hot tub was nice and we were usually able to get some file in it alone. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the beach access, that was important to me when we were booking. 1 short flight of stairs onto the beach is about as good as it gets!”

“This is more about expedia than the place: It's an RV camp and the cabin is not at all like the photos (I asked the helpful and sympathic staff about this and they said they'd tried to update and clarify, but that they weren't able to, because of Expedia). I felt Expedia was unclear and had misleading photos and information. My site was a cabin with no running water or heat, no bedding and no bathroom. The staff asked me if I had bedding, and I didn't, because I don't check for "bathroom" or...

“Staff was very friendly but the property is old. The bed looked really old which made it look dirty and it wasnt very comfortable. We asked for a pet free room & staff said all their rooms are for pets which is not what was advertised. There was pet hair on beds & floor. It was too late to get refunded. The location is good but we won't stay again.”

“It has THE Worst parking in Lincoln City. The ac/heat dosen't work at all. The ice machine has been out for a couple years on the 3rd floor. Additionally the bathroom faucet leaked, the refrigerator was turned up causing it to defrost. Came in to find water all over the floor shortly after arriving. Lastly, the smoke alarms went off repeatedly at 5am.”
