“The property is amazing, the views are spectacular. The property does require someMaintenance, a lot of cracked tiles within the house and by the pool. Living space are spacious aswell as the bedrooms. Good air conditioning. The property is very high up so there is a lot of walking up hills to get to the property. Not suitable if you have accessibility needs. You do get a key fob to access the beach via a lot of steps, as we had a buggy that didn’t work for us. I would say the property could be...

“Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Meerblick. Gerne lag ich abends auf der gemütlich Lounge und habe den sternenklaren Himmel mit einem leckeren Getränk genossen. Wir waren Ende September Gäste. Zu dieser Zeit vermittelte mir das Haus ein exklusives Wohnerlebnis, da kaum andere Nutzer in der Anlage waren. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Verkehrslärm oder andere Nachbarn waren kaum zu bemerken. Das Haus hat alle technischen Geräte, die man benötigt. Alles funktioniert und alles fließt ab. Hervorheben...

“Claudia is a great host. Very quick to respond to any issues, which were minimal. Helped immediately with a power cut, which is a ‘Spain problem’ not a host problem. Property is fabulous, lots of nice touches. Basics all provided for, even 4 beers in the fridge. Pool area fantastic, AC ice cold and very user friendly. 5 minute bus ride to central Nerja or 7 taxi ride. Avalon restaurant is right next to the property and we had a memorable meal there with incredible views at very reasonable...

“The property is absolutely delightful. Great inside living space, but the outside is absolutely fantastic. Very large dining and seating area with fabulous BBQ and outside kitchen area. Pool deck is massive covered with astro turf with fabulous views across the valley and out to sea. Shame the pool is not heated, so in May it was quite bracing. The approx. 2 mile road up is quite challenging in places. We would prefer larger than standard size beds, but these are small issues by comparison.”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit zum Jahreswechsel gehabt. Wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut betreut, auch als wir Stromausfall hatten , war sehr schnell Hilfe vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
