Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) ”

“This is a wonderful, well-run boutique hotel that is very popular. We loved our spacious king room and the restaurant has amazing food, with great staff all round. I highly recommend it but be aware that there events such as matric dances and weddings take place in the event space which can be noisy if you're staying in the hotel rooms. “The Hotel is good in general but I was expecting a bit more being Marriot. there was some likages in the bathroon and therefore always a bit of water on the floor. Service is very slow though (somehtign very frequent in South Africa) though the people are very kind. Breakfast is good, a lot of choice but again to prepare the omelette, they were very slow... Room ample and clean.”
