“We were in room 422 and the shower door would not stay shut. That is my only thing. This hotel is clean, quiet and the staff are helpful.”

“The jets didn't work and lights flickered so we moved rooms. Room #2 lampshade had mildew and hanging loose, tub had a pair of large open cracks, there were stains in the carpet and the cooling unit rattled loudly. Staff was great but it doesn't make up for the terrible food and run down appearance of the property. The hot tub and pool were both closed. One of the staff was screaming at someone from inside a housekeeping marked room around 10pm friday night. Expensive mistake. ”

“I recently stayed at Sonesta Hotel and Resorts Columbus Downtown for a work trip, and I would not recommend this hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent from the start. My room was not cleaned after my first day, and I was told service is only provided upon request. Even after requesting it for the next day, the room was still not cleaned.
