Hotel a New Ashford

“The beds were super comfortable! It is a motel so things are older but everything looked to have a nice personal touch and we wanted that. Very cute and would stay there again!”

“The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre. ”

“We liked the art gallery and the community exhibition in the ground floor of the hotel. We also appreciated how easy it was to park on the property. The location was perfect for us; so easy to get to nearby attractions and Williams College.”

“We loved this motel and will definitely return. Positives: very friendly and helpful staff; excellent (included) healthy breakfast; (included) daily housekeeping; excellent central location for hiking and for walking into town for restaurants and shops; plenty of outlets for charging devices; good lighting for reading in bed and overall; k-cup coffee machine in room; quiet. And all this for a very competitive price, a great value. ”

“The breakfast was not diabetic friendly. They stated pet friendly but no place for dog to go to the bathroom. Had to walk dog through garbage . Cigarette butts all over very the place. Beds were terrible. My towels had clumps of black hair on them. Lotion and shampoos left in room were used not new ones. Will not go back”

“We stayed one night. It was a very easy check-in and out. Both individuals at the desk were pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and immaculately clean. Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. The small refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. If in the area again in the future, we would be happy to stay at the Maple Terrace Motel.”
