“Staff was very friendly when they checked in the room was very nice. The casino is very clean for restaurants were nice. We ate at the steakhouse and the beer house while we were there. Both were excellent recommend staying.”

“The hallway carpets were very dirty with garbage scattered on them. The desk chair was broken. I asked for a replacement chair and was ignored. I took the broken chair to the check in desk and was given another chair. The bathroom floor was dirty. The multi plug power strip was full of dirt and dust. The bed was not comfortable. The wash cloths and towels were of poor quality. The staff were courteous. The pool was closed. We didn't stay for breakfast. Couldn't wait to leave. I will never ever...

“The room was nice and big . The only complaint I got is the microwave the door was broken and water was coming through the windowsill when it rained. And I was told, maintenance was coming multiple times to fix everything.But nobody showed up.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.”

“We had a poor experience. Our TV did not work. The shower was broken and taped with electrical tape. The toilet leaked. The rooms smelled musty. The breakfast area was dirty. This was a horrible experience.”

“This hotel was the absolute worst! The room was old and dirty. The elevator had a racial slur carved into the door. The staff was not very responsive. The beds were horrible. I would not stay there for free. I wish I could get my money back. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The breakfast was very lacking. For example the yougart was past the expiration, but since they froze it, they put it out to serve the guests. This was the worst experience that I have ever had”
