Hotel a New Augusta

“This is only about the fourth time I have stayed at a MicroHotel but I am becoming a fan. Each of them has seemed very well managed, very clean, very quiet and very good for the price. The rooms are a bit smaller than other chains, but they are well laid out and very efficient. I am going to start actively looking for these when I travel.”

“The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. ”

“I have been at this hotel several times and I always receive great service until my stay last night when I checked in the lady named Ashley was not friendly I handed her my id in her hand and she put it on the counter when giving it back to me like super rude then when I got in the shower the shower was not cleaned at all I was very disappointed in this stay I normally come once a month and I never complain but this time was awful please get the guy u guys normally have upfront ”

“Our room was phenomenal, day one we got there and couldn’t complain at all… went to sleep woke up next morning and door just opened up, hotel staff let himself in our room with no warning just keyed open no alert and I yelled and said excuse you as I was exposed and he says “Towels” and continued to enter room get towels then never return them!!!! The staff outside of him was phenomenal and apologetic but just alarming!!!!!”

“Room was ok. Had plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly, however had to wait a long time to check out.”

“The room smells of mold- apparently from the bathroom. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Staff was courteous and polite.”

“Not very attentive, I was checked in and given no information. Not welcoming. The room was nice. The doors close completely, you have to give a hard pull/push, so be mindful of that.”
