Hotel a New Boston

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “Tv didn’t work at all. Got locked out of room one night. Left for the day and while I was gone all of my stuff and kids stuff was gone threw. Had to leave early and they would refund for the rest of the stay.”

“Terribly kept up with needs a lot of maintenance and the photos online don’t even compare to what you see or get when you get there. The breakfast was the best thing they had going for them. Dried mouth tobacco on the chair when we got in our room chip crumbs on the bed. Pool room wasn’t well kept had mold growing on the benches lots of broken things inside the hotel. It’s was very poorly kept. Won’t ever stay there again.”

“The room was basic but clean. Bathroom was clean. The outside property looks rundown and you probably wouldn’t want to spend a week but for traveling it’s great.”

“Very clean. Only thing I was leary about was the window with no curtain over it in the shower/ bathtub. It looked dark so I'm hoping the window was blacked out. That creeper me out. Needs some kind of curtain covering it.”

“The room was fair but very uncomfortable and muggy, more so than outside. Adjusted air conditioning without any improvement.”

“Nice new hotel next door to Olive Garden. It was nice staying in a brand new hotel. Staff were friendly.”

“We had an unsafe stay. The rooms on the. 4th floor are full of mold and our air conditioner did not cool. We tried to move rooms but they all had the mold, it’s nasty leaking pipes in all the bathrooms. We only stayed because we were exhausted. Never again!”

There were a lot of young people on the side of the mmotel making noise where our king room was, so they asked if we would like a 2-queen where it would be quieter on the other side. I agreed.
