Hotel a New Castle

“Place only had 14 reviews at the time of stay, but all were positive. We had a positive stay as well and would stay here again. Simple semi-renovated hotel right next door to a cracker barrel. Breakfast was free but just ok. Eggs, sausage, and make-a-waffle. Couple cereals and bread items along with coffee and juices. Room was clean, bed was comfy, consider bringing your own pillow. Water pressure good, but shower head is not for tall people as I had to duck considerably. (I'm 6'4 and shower...

The bed and pillows were great, so comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast, but my granddaughter did, it looked really good. Every time I stay here I enjoy the stay!”

“The beautiful Latino lady working the front desk at check in and check out was the absolute best. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was nice not too cold and clean as well. The location was perfect for our stay before our cruise. I would absolutely stay again. This is the best for someone looking to save.”

“Pool is not heated and was ice cold. We also asked for extra pillows twice and was told they didn’t have any which can’t be true since the hotel wasn’t even halfway booked. The water pressure in the shower is very minimal.”

“Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...
