“Room was spacious, and the late night staff was super nice!”

When I arrived, the building was a little run down and the man behind the counter was nice and inviting, however I had to ask for my room to be switched 4 times as the family above me room had their kids just running around and banging making noise. he kept saying he called to let them know to be quiet, but he in fact never did. I slept a total of 3 hours the whole night because of the kids. the next day when the receptionist was changed...

“Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. “Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. “La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. She put us in a room with a lovely view of the river and gave us coupons for breakfast for both days of our stay and it was a lovely breakfast buffet with many options. The on-site bar and restaurant were both very welcome choices in the unusually high heat; allowing us to avoid going out.
