“Fan in bath not working, no toilet paper,carpet had crumbs , frig got water inside it!”

“We requested adjoining rooms for my family. One room had dirty window sills and a stain on the bed skirt that looked like human fluid and the other room had what appeared to be blood and or body fluids on the boxspring cover and I killed a roach in the bathroom and took it to the desk. They did attempt to refund my stay but after processing I only received a refund for 1 room and a $25 credit one the second. I will not stay here again . SS from Ohio.”

“Not clean. Back door would not close. Safety latch was falling off the door. Guests were noisy after 10 pm.”

“The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu.”

“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...

“The bed were comfortable and had a nice tv, air conditioning, refrigerator and microwave. The wall decor was cool.”

“I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.”

“Husband and I had to make a quick stay due to air conditioning issues in our home during heat wave. Everything was wonderful!!!”

“Room smelled like an old ashtray and cat pee! The leather chairs are missing most of their leather, the box springs have noticeable bed bug residue. The floors were filthy, paint was missing from the bathroom door as were bathroom light fixtures. There was hair in multiple places that was not ours. The place has not been updated in many years if ever. It was not worth the $105 we paid for the night, shouldn’t have been more than $30. Great disappointment.”

“The first night I got in at 2:00a because my flight was delayed and there was no place to park. I finally took one of the three empty handicapped spots. The picture on this page is deceptive. Maybe 20 years old. That couch is dirty and sunken. The floors and stairs never get vacuumed or cleaned. The first room they checked me in to was not cleaned and it was disgustingly dirty with pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, a dirty toilet and shower and thick plaster dust all over the bathroom...
