“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. “The property was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff wad amazing. Breakfast omelet was very good.”

“The staff didn’t do the rooms and didn’t bring clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. I left the tag on the door for room service. The woman who was supposed to do our room said she knocked early and didn’t get an answer. I explained that we put the tag out early and wasn’t there.”

“Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again.”
