Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities.

Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need. We tried the pool the water was murky and lots of hair floating on the top. The hot tub was just as bad and wasn't working. Our bathroom ...
