“The property was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were excellent. Some of the staff left a bit to be desired, but overall, it was a good stay.”

“Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base di appoggio nel tragitto da Provincetown a New York, per fermarsi alla sera a Mystic. La scelta non è stata delle più felici. la struttura è sicuramente datata o quantomento trascurata. Il bagno piuttosto vecchiotto, i letti sono molli, la moquette non ha un bell'aspetto. Il distributore delle bibite e acqua al piano non funzionava. Alla mattina avevamo la colazione compresa: qualità scarsa e poca scelta. Ananas a pezzetti quasi immangiabile. meno male che...

“We needed two beds close to the Cross-Sound Ferry and this ticked both of those boxes. However, not much beyond that. The rooms are dated and not particularly well-cleaned. An air freshener would at least try to hide the cigarette smell, but to no avail. We definitely had long hair in our beds that did not belong to any of us... It did the job, but I cannot recommend, unfortunately.”

“That the room has a full size fridge”

“Despite getting " help " from the gentleman at the desk, I was blasted with cold air all during the night. Changing the temperature did not work; it reverted to something in the sixties. I would not take the chance to stay there again.”

“Our experience was terrible. The power was out for the entire night, yet no one from the hotel checked on guests or offered any assistance or updates. We requested a refund because the room was not usable under those conditions, but our request was refused.”

“Appena arrivati l'impatto non è stato dei migliori, sembra all'esterno una catapecchia cadente, ma spesso l'apparenza inganna.....infatti ci aspetta di molto peggio !!!! Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. Come se non bastasse il livello della clientela molto basso, si sentono rumori e schiamazzi a tutte le ore. PESSIMO MOTEL”

“Been staying in Gold Star Inn & Suites, for last 4 years..always a very pleasant stay, the lady & her husband are very friendly & helpful, The rooms are very clean & very large, the value is very good, Location is good as well. “The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“The room was clean, but there were no amenities: no hair dryer, one bar of soap (are people expected to share?) no shampoo but two little bottles of hair conditioner. Considering the price and the claim that it is a Wyndham property, this was an expensive disappointment. There was a carafe of weak coffee in the lobby in the morning.”

“Difficult to rate the property since it’s undergoing significant renovation. The updated areas are very nice and clean. We were in a renovated suite, which was quite large and comfortable from a size perspective. However, there were some shortcomings. The a/c was not hooked up in the main bedroom so we roasted. The kitchen sink only had hot water (dangerous with little kids), no cold. The doors to the bathrooms didn’t shut. These are items I’d expect would have been checked before...
