Questa grande casa estiva sul lungomare della PEI �� sicura che tu e la tua famiglia e i vostri amici dichiariate "le migliori vacanze estive di sempre !!". Situato nel cuore della zona turistica più famosa dell'isola, si può essere in spiaggia, parchi acquatici, ristoranti, negozi e chiunque di 4 campi da golf in pochi minuti. Oppure puoi semplicemente pianificare di passare la giornata a casa, sederti sul ponte, giocare nel grande cortile, o camminare, andare in spiaggia, o giocare con i bambini lungo il litorale, cui si accede direttamente dalla proprietà.

PEI Summer Rental Cottages �� entusiasta di avere questa nuova aggiunta e non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto, i nostri primi ospiti, in questa nuova proprietà in affitto per il 2017.

La casa può ospitare comodamente 10 letti e dispone anche di un divano letto nella sala TV separata dalla zona giorno principale che può ospitare altre 2 persone. Gli spazi abitativi hanno un sacco di spazio per tutti di venire insieme e la casa può facilmente ospitare grandi gruppi. La grande sala si affaccia sull'acqua e comprende una sala da pranzo che può ospitare 8 persone, una zona salotto, un camino a propano e un'area soggiorno che consente a gruppi numerosi di fare le proprie cose e quindi di riunirsi in un gruppo più ampio. Il livello principale ha anche un bagno completo con una vasca di immersione veramente profonda.

La master suite è separata dalla zona giorno principale dall'ingresso principale, che dispone di un posto vicino al finestrino che si affaccia sulla spiaggia, deposito e lavanderia - sembra proprio la propria ala della casa. Questa suite principale ha un letto matrimoniale, salotto, tv a grande schermo, altoparlanti a soffitto e parete, una Apple TV e un bagno padronale con una cabina doccia ideale per chi ha problemi di mobilità.

Al secondo livello la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, tv a schermo piatto, Apple TV e grazie alla linea del tetto della casa si può effettivamente fissare l'acqua senza nemmeno alzarsi dal letto! C'è anche un bagno con doccia a pioggia e posti a sedere al secondo livello che porta alla terza camera da letto. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale e la quarta camera da letto accessibile dal 3 ° ha 2 letti singoli.

Le comunità locali di Cavendish, Stanley Bridge e North Rustico hanno tutto il necessario per una vacanza fantastica. Parchi tematici, un parco acquatico e molte altre attivit�� per bambini, spiagge, ristoranti, pesca d'altura, pesce fresco, negozi, alimentari, farmacia e negozio di liquori sono tutti raggiungibili in 5 - 15 minuti di auto. La città di Summerside è a 30 minuti in auto e la capitale di Charlottetown ������� a 40 minuti.

Per i golfisti del gruppo, il nostro PEI Waterfront Dream Cottage �� il luogo ideale per un facile accesso a molti ottimi corsi. Il Green Gables Golf Club, le colline di Glasgow, Eagles Glenn, Anderson Creek e Rustico Golf Club sono tutti raggiungibili in 5 - 15 minuti in auto. Guida per 40 minuti o meno e puoi anche giocare a Belvedere, Stanhope, Fox Meadows e Summerside Golf Club. Infine, il campo da golf più famoso di PEI, The Links at Crowbush Cove è poco pi�� di un'ora di auto.

The location was great for a peaceful get away with family. Not far to Thunder Cove beach or Kensington or golf. Luckily there always seems to be a breeze as the AC I’m the bedrooms was non existent. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans dishes and anything you would need. Nice place. Bedroom set up a little wonky but we made it work

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is quaint, spacious and the bedrooms and main living areas all have amazing ocean/river views. While the kitchen is dated and small, it is well equipped with utensils and cookware, and we were able to prepare meals with no difficulty.

Stayed for three nights with two families. Ideal large room for all the kids and two master bedroom rooms for the adults. Perfect location for visiting the island or a day at Cavendish beach. With many amazing restaurants and sites to see really close by. Super friendly host who's thought of most everything to make the stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a fun stay on the island.

Lovely view of the mussel plant across the river. The place slept 10 of us, but the dining table only accommodated eight. The antique rickety picnic tables outside were too unstable to sit at. There was mention of a fish cooker in the instructions but it was hidden away in the basement. The instructions also mentioned that the fold out couch was made up with fresh sheets which it wasn’t.

We stayed three nights at this great vacation home. Property was perfect for what we were looking for. If you're looking for a quiet peaceful location that's not to far from some great locations to visit, this is a great home. The only thing I would suggest, is if you plan to use the fire pit, stop and buy some wood on the way to the house as it's not supplied.

First, Dean, the property manager is amazing. He is very responsive and accommodating. This cottage is great. The view is fantastic and the sunsets were wonderful. The location is perfect. Only a few minutes from Cavendish beach, and the Anne of Green Gables national park. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Lovely view of the river with a big backyard, perfect for flying kites. The house has a quirky layout, with a very small bathroom on the 2nd floor, but it all worked out fine for our party of six adults (3 couples). We especially loved sitting around the fire pit outdoors, and looking up at the dark skies. The location is good too, with two beaches within an easy 10-20 minute drive (Cavendish to the east, and Cousins Shore beach to the west), and Cabot Beach 30 minutes away. New Glasgow (with their lobster supper, PEI Preserve Company & Garden of Hope) is also 15-20 minutes away, and the Indian River Festival is 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. Stanley Bridge is also close by, and we spent an enjoyable evening attending a ceilidh (musical concert) at Stanley Bridge Hall. All in all, a very memorable vacation!

We booked this house for a week (July 2018) during our visit to PEI and to spend time with my brothers and parents (and kids!). The house was just as it was shown in the pictures. The bedrooms were very spacious and provided lots of room for everyone. The location was perfect - on a quiet road close to beautiful beaches and activities. The beach at the house isn't for swimming, but the kids loved exproring the shore and finding shells, digging for clams and seeing what washes up when the tide goes down. There are multiple national and provincial parks a few minutes away with fantastic beaches. The yard is huge and we had most meals on the two provided picnic tables outside. We really appreciated all the little things that the house provided. There were lots of towels, bedding, kitchen housewares - even a waffle maker and pot for cooking lobster outside. The only drawback was that the kitchen wasn't very big and i made it a little inconvenient for preparing meals for large groups. We are happy that we chose this house for our vacation.

Besides being the ideal location, a nice spot to call home you have good and plenty of breathing room. Unfortunately two things irritated me. If I were responsible for the upkeep of this property, i would have to question why the main entry door doesn't fit properly in its frame. The space on the top of the door is such that the flies come in as though they were filing in to claim their pay. No wonder you have a number of fly swatters around the place. It would be much better to get someone who knows how to hang a door, do it properly. Then you wouldn't have disgruntled guests and invites complaining about all the flies in the building. Inexcusable! Then there's the hanging rack in the master suite's bathroom. How could this be overlooked? The rack is barely hanging there by one screw while the other for all intents and purposes is dangling in the breeze. Not too pleasant a situation when a guest has to wonder who was the last responsible person who frequented that spot... Again not to my liking. But then maybe I don't care because I'm only a short term guest. Sorry, I wish I could have said it was perfect. As it really should be classed as such; but not with those two glitches!

The cottage is amazing. It is large, clean and very nicely decorated. It is situated right on the water and has amazing views and a tranquil environment. The property is well located, around 10 minutes away from Cavendish where there are lots of activities for the kids.The owners were very thoughtful from the tea, coffee and spices in the kitchen to the numerous board games that kept everyone entertained at night. I would definitely recommend this cottage, especially if you have a bigger group that you are travelling with, and I would love to go back and stay there again.
