Hotel a New London

“The front desk worker was very warm and friendly gave us a quick run down of the inn. The room was very clean and cute. The bar was full with cookies, drinks, fruits, and pastry’s. Overall great experience! ”

“I genuinely enjoyed my stay from the beautiful atrium with a koi pond to enjoy a cocktail or your complimentary buffet breakfast. The indoor pool & hot tub was very pleasant. There is also a massage chair free to use. Its very conveniently located just off the highway & surrounded by anything you could possibly need for food, shopping & great walking/hiking to beautiful falls nearby. The staff was very knowledgeable & helpful with all my needs. ”

Requested a new room, had to send the manager a video of the noise, which was fine. The room that were moved to was the next room over. We were told there were zero other rooms as they were completely booked. On a Wednesday. I do not believe that was true. During our stay, we heard 2 other people in the hallway and...

“Great continental breakfast and Green Mtn. Coffee. Hot tub was clean and to temp. The building is gorgeous and clean. Only thing that could have been improved was the mattress. ”

“The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. ”

“It is a place to sleep not a hotel. It is overpriced and its an old place, the foom has wall mounted AC looks like pics on 70’s. Water was cold. The room door is sliding glass to see the dry swimming pool with curtains. I just stayed one night.”
