ApartHotel a New Orleans

“We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

“This property is not a Hotel, i book 2 rooms, and , they had double booked one of my rooms. The rooms had faulty furniture, bath glass was spotty and dirty, funny smell on the entrance , for the whole stay. I had to clean my own room and towls since there was no daily cleaning of the inside . Would not advice to stay here.”

“There was no linen for the pullout bed. I contacted the host and no-one ever got back to me. Unprofessional communication.”

“We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good...

“The property itself was located in a great area, close to everything. However, the room had old dirty wood floors that needed a good cleaning. The bedroom set was old, drawers smelled of weed/cologne, and needed cleaning as well. The dining table and chairs have missing wood chips and in bad shape. I stayed in the Penthouse for my birthday and it was nothing to brag about, due to poor up keep and depressing ambiance. For a PENTHOUSE condo, I was very disappointed and would NOT rent again. The...

“L'appartamento è stupendo, arredato con buon gusto e spazioso. La zona non è bellissima, ma comoda per raggiungere gli stadi e abbastanza vicina al centro. ”

“Bellissima casa, vicinissima al centro, a pochissimi passi da Canal Street e da Bourbon Street. Splendida la casa con mattoni a vista. L’unica cosa negativa è la mancanza di un secondo bagno per il quale ci sarebbe spazio all’interno della casa.”

“This was the cutest and cleanest place I have ever stayed. I want to live in this little set up. I absolutely loved the whole place and the location was great to the Superdome. This was a 10/10 recommend to anyone coming into town. I was an easy walk to everywhere that you want to go. I felt safe with me and all my girls.”
