“This condo is all you can ask for to have a perfect stay in NSB! The accommodations are impeccable - everything is so organized, clean and meets any need imaginable. Amy is an incredibly gracious host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The building is located directly across from the Rec Center #1 pool, making it convenient to shuffle kids to and from for naps and mealtimes. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

“Location was absolutely perfect. The no drive beach was a definite win. The unit was very clean and had everything we could ever imagine needing including beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The deck was awesome for morning coffee and sunset card games. We had all our check in instructions plenty early which was nice because then it was one less thing for me to stress over as I was getting ready. I am definitely ready to come back and would 100% rebook the same unit.”

“Not bad for the price! We liked the 2nd floor because it was quiet. The stairs were ok. We could see the ocean but there is a condo building right next door so the balcony is not at all private and we didn't spend time out there. The heated pool was great! A nice amenity in early Feb! We never had an issue with finding parking. We found the door code system to be easy. There were absolutely no toiletries in this condo other than half empty liquid hand soaps and dish soap and 1/2 a roll of toilet...

“We were meeting family for a wedding at Chase's On The Beach in NSB, and this rental provided the perfect location and space for our group. It had everything we needed, and ample space for our family of 6 (total, divided between the two units). It is also right on the beach, with a convenient taco/ice cream stand across the street. It was definitely better than any of the local hotel options that we have used in the past.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and was fully stocked especially the kitchen. The property is well maintained. The owner is very good about communicating and even took the extra step to let us know there was going to be a full moon. The ocean view is beautiful”

“Upon arrival we discovered the elevator was out of service and had been for sometime. This was not disclosed on the website or by the property management. If we would have known about this we would have booked elsewhere saving my wife from having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs inflaming her tendonitis on her left foot. Needless to say she was in a lot of pain the entire weekend. When we did manage to get to the pool area we discovered that the hot tub was out of order as well. There were...

“The property was exactly as described. The water in the fridge and snacks provided were such a treat for us having arrived at 3am. The pools and rest of the property were beautiful. The walk to the beach was so quick and the beach supplies and loads of towels were so appreciated. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended the property to a few friends.”

“This property was beautiful. The view couldn't be beat, the pool is immaculate, the beach is lovely, all in all this is a perfect spot. A few miles down the road are tons of touristy shops and plenty of restaurants. Lynn's condo is packed full of everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, even sunscreen! She is a perfect host and this is an wonderful place to stay. 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!”

“Very clean and comfortable condo. Decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Out of the 20 plus VRBO we have stayed at this one was the best! Had a blast in the pool and ocean and walked to restaurants and bars. Perfect location.”
