“Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!”

“Great getaway! Highly recommend the resort. The pools are great for children and lots of activities. Restaurant manager and server at the License to Chill Bar and Cafe were friendly, attentive and provide excellent service. The food was delicious! Only complaint is the front desk. Staff were not friendly and helpful. They were unwilling to help link my reservation through Expedia with my Margaritaville membership, which cost me additional money since I lost all perks such as Valet parking...
