“The room was gross the are roaches a dead bird and blood splatter in and outside of my room. My room wasn’t clean when I got there there was trash everywhere the bed wasn’t made and there was a stain on the bed had to get it cleaned left for 2 hours came back to my bed still having a blood or poop stain on it asked them for a refund and told me that I couldn’t get one took a mattress out of a room that wasn’t cleaned and dragged it on the dirty sidewalk into my room and put the old dirty...
