Hotel in ottima posizione, metro a 5 metri dall'ingresso, anche a uscendo a piedi in 10 minuti si arriva sulla fifth avenue. Camere un pò datate, purtroppo è presente la moquette, la lobby dell'albergo non è sempre accessibile ma solo in determinati orari. Verificare l'isolamento degli infissi delle finestre poichè gli spifferi facevano entrare aria gelida dall'esterno.

La posizione è eccellente e consente di muoversi agevolmente sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Il personale molto gradevole e disponibile. La stanza un pò datata ed il bagno troppo piccolo.

Camere molto ampie e confortevoli. Hotel non nuovissimo ma ben conservato. Personale disponibile. Hotel collocato in posizione centrale a qualche centinaio di metri dal cuore del turismo. Molto vicino a fermate metro. Purtroppo la crisi che ha colpito New York per effetto del covid risulta molto visibile e questo hotel sebbene centrale è finito per trovarsi in un quartiere ove proliferano i senza tetto, le strade sono sporche e dove molti negozi sono stati chiusi.

Stanza più grande della media degli hotel di New York, un poco datata avrebbe bisogno di un restyling. Check in rapido e personale gentile. unico difetto la vasca piccola e la doccia bassa (io sono 1.82).

Stayed 3 nights, room was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to Central Park, Time square, Radio City Music hall and more. Would definitely stay there again when traveling to New York City.

Excellent position, well situated for subway to most areas. Rooms a little dark. We had a junior suite.Worth noting the third bed is a sofa bed rather than proper bed.

Wir hatten zu 5 ein großes Zimmer im 30. Stock. Die Strasse hört man auch oben noch super laut, dafür ist die Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt top! Alter, fleckiger Teppich, wenig Beleuchtung im Zimmer und vor allem im Bad.

Very clean and very very nice staff! Great location for our needs during our trip. Would highly recommend. The only minor suggestion for improvement is that the little 24/7 snack shop off of the lobby was sparsely stocked and had very little variety, BUT there is a Walgreens right next door (although it is not open 24 hours).

Perfect to sleep in while doing touristy things out in the city. Housekeeping did an amazing job daily. Pillows were way too soft. Our biggest complaint was the ac never went below 75. We were told because the heater was on for the hotel. Maintenance provided a fan for our stay but it was still too hot at night to sleep comfortably and didnt cool our room down. I refused to open the windows with 3 little curious running around.

Location in mid-town is good, nearby subway station, convenient store, and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. During our stay, the elevators were not working well which led to excessive waiting times; and I opted to walk down 21 floors several times. Otherwise, our visit was good.
