“The hotel its a bit dated but the staff its great, welcoming and friendly. I couldnt have breakfast but the receptionist packed a bag for me. Super kind. The room was clean, with a big window so it was very pleasant in the morning. Bathroom was clean and overall a good size. The location its also great and easy transport to the city centre. I feel safe. I will come back again.”

“Struttura fuori mano immersa nel verde. Da scegliere solo se avete l’auto. Molto bella l’area comune, un po’ meno le camere, per le quali la pulizia non era perfetta. Dotata di tutto (a parte l’ asciugacapelli). In tre giorni, nessuno è mai venuto a portare via la spazzatura”

“エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。”

“La stanza era in ordine e pulita. Il personale non lo abbiamo mai incontrato. Il cestino con la colazione che veniva lasciato quotidianamente in camera, non corrisponde alle immagini presenti sul sito della Guest House. La posizione è comunque comoda e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e si trova ad soli 10 minuti dal centro.”

“Il personale è imbarazzante. Ho chiesto più volte la fattura della colazione, per altro carissima e assai scarsa, ma non c’è stato verso di averla. Struttura decadente e non all’altezza di un quattro stelle.”

“In 4notti in struttura mai cambiate le lenzuola nè mai è stata pulita la camera, sempre gli stessi asciugamani per 4 giorni. Mai aggiunta la carta igienica. Stanza fredda, il riscaldamento non andava mai oltre i 19 gradi. Colazione scadente. Per quella internazionale bisognava aggiungere 10,99 sterline. Che dire….. tutto pessimo. ”

“Good, but not the best. Clean enough but it definitely need refurbished in some parts (locks, shower room, furniture). The separate shower room made things a bit mode uncomfortable. I've got assigned a basement room that was not stated during the booking, but still had a window as the building is on a sort of a hill. The receptionist was very kind and explained everything you need to access the property. Not crowded area but all you need is there: 20 minutes walk from the old town, bus stop...
