“The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

“Our first morning, I ordered a 'pot' of coffee to be delivered to our room with 2 cups and half-and-half. What we received, after a 25 minute wait, was two, 12-oz cups of coffee and one 8-oz cup of half-and-half. The second morning, I ordered another 'pot' of coffee with two full breakfasts. “Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. “Room was very clean aswell as the whole property the only issue I had was when I checked in they didn't give me a total or tell me how much the resort fee and or the hotel deposit was they just ran my card and didn't say anything also being a casino hotel I figure the pool with swim up bar would have been open later then 10pm on a Saturday night but other then that it was a great hotel and will stay again”
