“Perfect place to sleep for one night on our drive to Victoria. It was very quiet, so we slept well. The room was also very clean.”

“When we got there, the lobby was not staffed, so we needed to pick up a phone, which notified them that we were there. About 5 minutes later, they arrived to check us in. Room was clean and worked for an overnight stay before moving on to our next destination.”

“They take photographs of peoples identification and scan it into their computer system. When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it. It is a clear Breach of Prvacy Laws and they have been reported to the appropriate authorities. What they are doing is completely against the law.”

“Again, this is not my first day at this establishment. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud a little too soft for my liking, but a good sleep regardless. I love how every room has a view of the lake. The only thing that would make this even better would be an on-site restaurant or café”

“The hotel was clean and the front desk and dining staff were very helpful. However, most of the hotel is original, dating back to the 90's. The second time I stayed there in a month, I was upgraded to a renovated room, so that was nicer. Note: There are no Smart TV's, only cable available, no USB outlets, ( they have extensions cords in several outlets) and the pillows were chippy foam. If you like that kind of pillow, or aren't fussy, then you'll be ok. There is a very old school coffee...

“The only disappointment this trip was the room had a bit of smell. The toilet could have been cleaner, and there was hair in the breakfast sausage.. but the pool is always hit, and it’s a convenient location… over priced tho.”
