“This review considers the amazingly low price we paid (£40), compared to other availability in the area. We requested (and booked) a family room, on arrival, we were given two double rooms opposite each other. Not a problem for our 1 night stay, but it could have been. The rooms were warm and clean, and had been newly decorated, the bedding was clean and crisp. The breakfast was adequate, all self serve, tea, coffee, juices, cereals, packet meats and pastries. “Stayed one night in a single guest room. The room was a nice size and was very clean and comfortable. Warm, too, with a view towards the sea. Friendly reception which meant I felt at home, right away. If I'm ever in the area again, the Lemonfield will be the number one choice for me.
