“Always clean & comfortable nice bar & eating area ”

“It was a nice hotel. Parts were being renovated and unusable. Things to improve on would be the keys. They didn't work very well. Also some people like to let the clerk know when they leave. When I want to check out no clerk was found. ”

“It looks reinvestment into fixing/improving the guest experience has been lacking. The room is sparse. We are guessing there once was a chair in the big open space. Also, something funky was going on with the lighting in the bathroom. It looks like the light fixture was replaced with a substanially smaller fixture and if you look through the grate, it looks like a DIY wiring job. It looks like there once was a pool that is now a grass plot. Who knows what kind of cost savings the future holds!”

“Stayed on third floor. Looks like hallway was just updated-brand new condition. Room was very nice; king bed comfortable. Lobby/common area big and looks new. Lots of parking and close enough to I-57 but not too close for noise. ”

“This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Tub was filthy, we couldn't even shower. The room smelled horrible like piss. You check in and out with a kiosk machine. No hotel staff to complain to. Thr breakfast was from 5 to 9. WHAT BREAKFAST??? i called customer service they took my information but that was all. I was very disappointed. It was rated 4 stars and the reviews were good so we took a chance. Now the reviews say the same as mine and are now rated a 2 star. How does that happen? I would...
