“We enjoyed a good stay at this hotel.”

“I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. “Room was different than the picture of room we thought we booked was hard to communicate with desk person do to the accent of the desk person”

“There were like hundreds of ants in our bed in the morning so we left at 6:30am. Wasn’t rly anywhere else to sit in the tiny room.”

“Bathrooms are very small. Bathroom exhaust fan was horrendously loud; could not use it. Key card would not let us into our room. Desk clerk did not understand or speak English. Maintenance person was finally able to help; battery in door reader was dead. Poor maintenance was prevelant. Continental breakfast was poor; powdered eggs cut into cubes, stale cereal and bad milk. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Room: Rooms were nice enough and I would stay there again, but it seemed weird that there was no towel rack next to the shower, so I just put mine on the floor mat so it would be close when I was done. Breakfast: Eggs and sausage were good, but barely warm. The pastry were the little Dolly Madison or Little Debbie donuts. There were also 3 different kinds of muffins.
