“There is no pool and there has not been for years. False advertising. Children are dosappointed”

“The room was immaculately cleaned and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong and quickly heated up. You won't get much sleep if anyone is staying in the rooms next to you. The walls are too thin and I could hear the conversations and television playing throughout the night which kept me up. The noise in the hallway reverberates and you'll hear every knock on the door in the morning from housekeeping. ”

“We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard.”

“I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean. ”

“This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was...

“Worst stay ever”

“I've stayed at this property a few times during the past 2 years. The cleanliness and service has been consistently excellent. Once I brought my dog with me. A first floor room wasn't available, so staff gave me a room near the elevator on the 2nd floor. I will absolutely stay here again.”

“This property is very old and it looks it. The furniture is old, the tile is old. Everything was just a little broken. The side door entrance to the building didn't lock, my room door's top lock was broken. The vending machines didn't work. The bottom sheet on the bed was worn and pilling. When I arrived the place smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that I had to leave to get some air. So I guess they do clean, but it is just so old, there's not much you could do to fix it with any amount...

“Clean hotel. Staff is courteous. Parking is free. The air freshener throughout the hotel is too overpowering though. ”

“Very clean and located close enough to bars and restaurants to walk. Standard free hotel breakfast offering but tasty. Swimming pool is not huge but adequate. Unfortunately no hot tub. Did not eat at the on site restaurant but had drinks at the bar. Staff is very courteous ”
