“L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla in mezzo alle colline e a 15 minuti dalla splendida Rhossili; l'accoglienza è stata super cordiale e anche lo staff dell'ottima colazione era davvero gentile. La stanza era pulita e l'arredamento in stile country era davvero perfetto. Super consigliato!”

“5 b - Top floor and lovely view over Mumbles/Swansea Bay. The room is very spacious - living room facilities, small kitchenette area (fridge and kettle, simple breakfast items of yoghurt, cereal, juice and welsh cakes, fresh milk and tea and coffee included), huge comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. All very clean. 4th stay at this property. ”

“When we arrived expecting to stay in an annex as per the image on Expedia, we were instead in a room in the main house. We took this up with the proprietor who agreed to cancel with no cost. We took this at face value and stayed elsewhere. On checking our bank account on 24 Sept we saw that we had been charged. We called the property but were told we need to take this up with Expedia. Very disappointed.”

“Room was cosy, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Been several times before because we love it here. We motorbike over the mountains and location is great to park the bikes and then can explore the coast on foot, with lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast is always lovely. The staff always let us leave our bikes in the car park for a bit after check out so we can do a walk before we hop back on the bikes and head home. ”

“Lovely old fashioned quality hotel”

“Nice small cosy room that was toasty warm. Only marked it down as the milk in the little pots was just a solid mass of gloop so could not make a drink. A note on the wall advised that milk was available downstairs in the bar, which is no good if you make a first brew after the place is closed. ”

“★Very bad room ★Staff is good. Funny. Sleeping time to much disturbing the staff. Overall ok. ★Iam not going kitchen. My room staff going he said kitchen not clean and bad smeal. ★This hotel nearest shop have disnction good. ”

“Rubbish was found all over the floor (plastic nails, bottle of water under the dressing table, half eaten cookie), bed extremely uncomfortable, food in the restaurant salty(when sent back the tone was like I was asking for more food, rather than trying to rectify error politely), no idea how this place is 4star, would never go back. Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. ”

“Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. ”

“Check in was fine. Pleasant friendly staff. Had to move rooms 3 times due to various issues. Very small bed. Poor lighting. No hot water in shower. Disappointing for a newly refurbished hotel”
