“Staff was awesome.”

“Staff was kind, courteous, professional and attentive! The hotel was clean, but there were certain things that needed to be addressed in our room and in common areas, but way things to be fixed. Nothing that would deter me from staying again, as these were mostly cosmetic things that needed attention. ”

“One night stay. Disappointed that there was no ice available on the property. No ice machine. The front desk clerk told me that there were ice trays in the refrigerator/freezer. When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold.”

“Pictures need to be updated because once you get there noting reflects the poor condition hotel is. Room and bathroom old and dirty . BReakfast is laughable, 3 bagels on display and a mini cup for coffee with one selection of cream. Would not recommend to anyone ”

“Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

“Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. ”

“My room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, just wished it was waffles and not pancakes. But overall good. The only thing was that the frontvdesk clerk when i checked in was not very friendly. ”

“Clean, helpful staff, close to the mall. Wasn’t crazy about the onsite coffee shop but close to other spots!”

“Reasonable, but housekeeping was extremely noisy at 7:00 am while we were still trying to sleep and knocked on the door at 8:00 am. ”
