“The chalet had a persistent fetid odor and the bathroom smelled of drains. Lighting was very dim throughout. Beds were comfortable but consisted of two small twins pushed together; the second twin room was tiny. The living area had a small sofa, two armchairs, and a dining set, but soundproofing from other chalets was poor. The kitchen had a dishwasher instead of the advertised washing machine.
