“The stay was fantastic and the resort offers good services.
When I arrived to the hotel, despite my booking was confirmed on the site hotels.com, they were not aware of my booking.
Luckily they had just 1 free room and give it to me.
What about if they wouldn’t have?
I was not happy about hotels.com services.

La camera vista piscina è enorme ed è stata un' ottima scelta, è silenziosa, a due passi dal mare, con tavolino e sedie con vista, per me non vale la pena prendere una camera vista mare. Il personale è gentilissimo, ci ha accontentati in tutto. Only issue i had was lack of communication. I didn't know how to get into property when we arrrived at airport as didn't get any email response to my query. “We really loved our stay at Mama Tara’s. Was very clean & had most of what we needed.
The only problem we had was poor communication, no directions & found no signage. Some lovely locals helped us immensely as it was late at night when we arrived.. Thank goodness!
