“The hotel appears to be pretty new. The room was clean, well-appointed, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was equally well done with a modern feel (although the sink was level rather than sloped toward the drain!).

Struttura elegante, pulita, con camera molto ampia, dotata di un piccola cucina con frigo, tostapane e microonde. Bagno enorme con doppio lavabo e grande cabina doccia.
La sala colazione (così come la reception) è al ventesimo piano ed è il vero fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Da qui si ha una visuale stupenda su Magnificent Mile e i grattacieli...

"Le foto sul sito non Corispondono per niente alla realtà. Stanza piccola bagno minuscolo e senza la vasca come in foto. Non c’è e nemmeno il sapone il wifi non funziona e quando lo chiedo al concierge mi risponde che non è di sua competenza. Riscaldamento super rumoroso. Non esiste servizio in camera e il concierge non er stato gentile per niente. Niente acqua in camera. Se la sua vuole costa 8 euro a bottiglia. Veramente pessima esperienza "

Pulizia niente di eccezionale, camera con moquette sporca e impolverata.
La ventola del bagno era già accesa quando ho fatto il check-in e si è spenta solo dopo 36 ore. Terribile (non c’era nessun pulsante per poterla spegnere).
Check out ore 12pm (mezzogiorno): alle 8 del mattino vengono a bussare per pulire.
Se dovete soggiornare una notte o due va benissimo, e se dovete stare più giorni, non lo consiglio.

"Struttura bella curata e pulita . Personale gentile . Camere molto spaziose , nuove , pulite e silenziose . Zona tranquilla , sicura , piena di ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni . Spazi comuni dell’hotel molto accoglienti . Unica pecca del mio soggiorno è’ stata la delusione per le mancate aspettative. Ho prenotato e pagato una camera con vista sul fiume ma mi è stata data una camera con vista città , lo abbiamo fatto presente ma ci è stato risposto che il fiume si vedeva … in lontanza si vedeva ma non era con vista sul fiume .A parer mio bisognerebbe essere più trasparenti ma a parte questo dettaglio la camera era comunque molto bella ma avendo l’ aspettativa della vista che si vedeva nella foto all’atto della prenotazione sono rimasta delusa . In ogni caso consiglierei comunque questo hotel per la zona e per le camere molto spaziose "

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi.
Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città.
La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming.
Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento.
Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."
