“A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). “It was a beautiful place, very well located and kept, good parking on property. Only two things, it took us like 5 minutes to try and get in as the lock didn’t open to get the key to enter the apartment, it was stock or something. Second, the bathroom! Very nice and lovely size but there wasn’t any rim or border at the shower so everything would get wet and messy, we hated that.Apart of that, everything was good, nice and comfortable bed and pillows, the place was clean and tidy. ”

I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.”
