“Great location right in the middle of everything! Clean, updated rooms.”

“The beautiful lobby featured in the photo, was off-limits two out of the three nights we were guests, due to private events being held there. The rooms were very small. We were initially placed in the classic superior room. It faced a noisy boiler serving the air conditioning needs for the building. It had a very small closet for clothes. The boiler noise drove us to move rooms to an even smaller size, without any closet. The street noise in the smaller room size was tolerable, with earplugs....

“Their free breakfast was the same every day. It would have been nice to have a little variety. We were there for 7 days and not once did housekeeping vacuum our room. That was very odd. It was a nice hotel, I felt safe in the area.”

“I have stayed at better hotels and worse hotels. The breakfast was nothing grand, the usual breakfast you could find at any Best Western. Perhaps I expected more. All in all, it was ok. The location was pretty good considering we had our own personal car and driver.”

“Receptionist was very friendly and happy to answer a few questions I had about the stay and check-in/out process. I also found that the hotel was extremely easy to get in and out of. I was nervous about staying in the middle of the city, but It was really easy driving and walking. The room was solid. Very well furnished for a hotel room and I have no complaints about the accommodations. To keep things brief, I'll definitely look here first for my next Nashville trip. Would not hesitate to stay...

“The is the best place to stay in Nashville. Walking distance to everything, away from Broadway crowds, has everything you need right in the hotel. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Large bathroom. Amazing restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night food or drinks. Great bar. Beautiful fireplace sitting area in the lobby. Pool, hot tub, gym, and spa. Shops and connected to the country music museum. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend!!”
